Is it still worth getting the W800? |

Hi Guys,
I'm getting an upgrade soon, and was hugely considering getting the W800i, but I was wondering if any of yo guys think i should wait and hope for something better to come around the corner, (before christmas)?
So W800i now? or wait for something else?
Anyone know any very good phones coming out soon?

If i were you i'd go for the w800i, i work in a phone shop and have a k750i myself. Originally after 1st seein the w800i i wasn't too impressed but its style has certainly grown on me, especially the box it comes in! Live for the moment and get yourself the very 1st ever walkman mobile (will nearly be as treasurable as the very 1st colour screen camera mobile). The only other rival phones comin out are the samsung d600 (better at video but not still camera shots, also is easy to get bored with it quick.) Or the stupendously ugly nokia N70 or N90. Also motorola have a few on the way but lets not kid ourselves motorola phones are as exciting as still water. Hope my opinion helps and if you have any questions send me a pm |

What moto's are comin' out? I know about the V6 as Orange already list it, but its lack of memory card support kills it instantly for me! What others are comin' out? The 'Q' That interests me, but the 1.3mp cam is prob' gonna be bad...
D600? haven't seen that, I'll have a look around.

One of the things dat annoy me about the W800 is the screen size, I mean, 176x220 is getting very old now....
Also, apparantly, fullscreen video is shocking...
I mean, other phones do it so well............
All other competitors now, seem to have 320x240 (e.g. Samsung D600).
The D600 seems to have a good spec list, but if the speaker quality is anything like my old E720, I think I'll shoot myself..... (that is if I rushed into buying it and discovered the quality....)
Anyone else got any competitors?
(Btw: I'm not interested in the Nokia N Series, *Shudder*)

i think you should wait !!!
coz the V3x is about to be released .. & it's gonne be the best phone from motorola ..
it's as thin as a V3 & have a 2mp camera & memory card slot ..
+it has 3G & 240X320 screen ...

There is allways something new "just around the corner".
Mate, go for the W800!
I've had just about every  that has been on the market and it's a long time since I've been this enthustiastic about a phone as I am with my W800.

I'm, afraid I'm not interested in 3G, cos I don't want to start a new account, (I'm 2.5g)
I think I'll go for the W800, but if someone else has a serious competitor, (non 3g,  )
I'd like to go 3g, but, well.... wait a sec, why aren't I going onto 3g, oh I'm confused.
