Till date each time that i tried to access o2 and mcommunity wap pages it said that site is under maintenance. I even heard rumors that you have to pay to surf those pages but hey, o2 and mcommunity are back and running and yes FREE too !!

Earlier that service was open. For a long time it was blocked. From what you say it seems browsable again. Who knows they might have come to an agreement.
