How to restore in NEC e616v |

Guys,
I was initially receiving a text line "Babes in Beach Volleyball; Shahrukh" on the screen of my mobile. No matter what I did it didn't go away.Then I did a reset of all my settings (not a bright thing) which also cleared all my phone contacts.Is there any way to get all those contacts back?
