Hey everyone! Please could you help me decide on what SE phone i should get. I currently own a V800 converted to Z800 but is dodgy as hell with charging and the outer screen is broke, therefore i want a new and better phone that will keep me happy for at least 6 months. What would everyone recommend? That W800 looks stunning, but is it good?? I heard alot about the K750i, but will the W800 be better?? Please help, hoping to get the new one tomorrow. Thanks all!! |

both good phones but the w800 comes with 512 which is a thumbs up!
just down to preference in casing!

As darksyde said, it really comes down to personal opinion on casing - technically (well hardware-wise) the phones are identical and there is very little software difference (unless you're extremely picky about the media player, then the W800's media player software might appeal to you more - personally I use a K750 as my MP3 player and it does the job fine)
There's also the price difference - not sure where you're from or the prices in your area, but I know in Australia at least it costs the same to buy K750 + a 1gig memory stick pro duo, than to buy the W800 alone.
Finally, the headset - although the W800i (apparently) comes with pretty poor quality headphones (I can only vouch for the K750 headphones, which are actually quite good quality but slightly too big for the ears), it does come with the adaptor wherein you're able to plug any standard headphones (whereas if you wanted to use your own headphones with K750, youd have to either buy an adaptor or mod the headset yourself) |

I guess he meant that with the W800's price tag one gets the K750 plus a 1Gb card..
I got the flash accessory and a krusell case as well |

@mrao,
you are able to get a k750i with 1Gig memory card for the price of a w800i.

I have an idea. Why not go to: http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]00&template=pp3&zone=pp&lm=pp3 and do an online comparison.
Is it that hard?
Dude. Whatever phone you chose. Get a good pair of head phones. If money is not matter spend about $100 or so. This is the biggest difference in sound quality.
