Total Multiserver doesn't seem to have an 'official' web-site. Those are the sites of resellers, any of whom you can buy credits from.
There is an official-ish support forum though:

I got ripped off by Total MultiServer... and this is how...
I had an old T68 I wanted to convert from US to Italian so I could leave it there with my mother... I purchased 1 credit, then another because my upgrade attempts kept failing and I wasn't getting replies to my emails. After a couple weeks I finally got an answer after I emailed another address I found on esato.com. I got a couple new credits issued but they failed once again! From then on I got no replies from Total Server... WTF ! I paid for 2 credits to upgrade a cheap old phone and got nothing out of it... actually I did... the phone is only half updated so it crashes all the time (certain menu options crash it).
Is this service? NO. Think twice if you want to use their service cause you may spend money as I did and get NOTHING out of it.
Does anyone have suggestions where I can upgrade the T68i? davinci.com does not support it. I used them to upgrade my S700i which now is even compatible with SEUS (changing the CDA)! davinci.com has a much better client cause it discounts your credit only after you finalize the new firmware so if it fails you can try again as many times as needed!
