It'll be available in the U.K. in time for Christmas (4th Quarter).
If you go to: http://www.imagestation.com
And SEARCH for:
"T68i (Grey)" in "Images"
or
"Sony Ericsson" under "Albums",
you will find a picture of it.

I just got my t68i a few days ago. All grey and shiny  - so i'll add Denmark to the list of possible places to get a hold of the grey version (which is rather cool).

No there is no diff to the white one. Simply the grey color looks a bit more serious.....
