It'll be available in the U.K. in time for Christmas (4th Quarter).

If you go to: http://www.imagestation.com

And SEARCH for:
"T68i (Grey)" in "Images"
or
"Sony Ericsson" under "Albums",
you will find a picture of it.

I just got my t68i a few days ago. All grey and shiny - so i'll add Denmark to the list of possible places to get a hold of the grey version (which is rather cool). [addsig]

Is there any difference to the software or features to the \"Arctic White\" T68i or is it simply the colour of the plastic?

No there is no diff to the white one. Simply the grey color looks a bit more serious.....
