to unlock or not to unlock (by yourself) |

what does evryone recommend by unlocking a k700i, im getting one on friday, but its lock to vodafone , but i need it on tmobile, should i buy a t28 cable off ebay (theyre going for about £3.30 with £2 p&p) and do it my self, or shud i get it done at a phone stall in my local market?

if you r experienced enough. you neednt ask anybody......but if u r not sure of urself, get it done elsewhere......but remember, in any case, if anything goes wrong, its YOU who'll be screwed

It's not nuclear science but as already mentioned unlocking phones can damage the handset if not executed correctly...in the best cases you will lock it FOREVER. You can unlock the K700i professionally for very little nowadays

i recommend you take it to your local market to unlock it

Yeah do it in your local market. My Dad's friend did it for me for £10 |
