Like the subject says.. when i'm listening to music and i recieve an incoming call the music stops but i cant hear the ringtone in my handsfree only in the phone. Is it suppose to be like this ??

it rings clearly in mine if I am not listening to anything or if I am listening to music or radio

If u mute the ringtone (by pressing the # key), it should play the ringtone thru the headset instead of the phone.

Yes if i mute the phone it will play the ringtone thru the handsfree. So is this the way it should work on a w800i? So if it should be like this the solution is to have it muted in the handsfree profile. But then i will not hear when it rings when the handsfree is plugged in and on the table. Do i have a bad ex?

not exactly..because when u pop out ur headphones, it will changge its profile back to normal/whatever it was.
And obviously you dont intend to keep the headphones plugged in when u r not listening to music, r u?
