Hi - I just got a nokia 6260. will be using with Airtel service. I will post some pictures and reviews soon...does anyone else have this phone.

hay dblue! U Spoiled your money. 6260 is very big in dimensions and it's very thick,very heavy,not stylish,difficult to use, bad sound quality, does not supports edge,and the worst thing the camera quality is very bad.nokia 3230 is better than 6260. 3230 has a 1.3 megapixel camera and edge compatible.it is light in weight. Not too big in dimensions.and if you want a stylish phone 7610 is the best.3230 costs only 1500/- more than 6260. |

Hi, I admit the nokia 6260 is a lousy phone and does not even deserve a comparision. I will be getting the w800i from my uncle in the UK. The price will be around Rs.15000. Where do you stay? check with a local Sony store or authorized dealer, they may already have the phone there. I remember someone said there was an ad for the phone in a newspaper in madras or b'lore dont remember correctly.

@dblue - that's really cheap for the w800i good for u...
i think it was some south indian newspaper cutting in which the w800i was mentioned.... also read somewhere that it costs about 23 to 25 grand, but will check and confirm...
