It'll probably just copy to your phone as a file and get stored in the "Other" folder...

...it won't get installed (didn't with me anyway)...

...so it'll need to go via Bluetooth(BT)...

...I bought a Belkin Version 2.0 + EDR (Class 1 (£25) but Class 2 (£20) will do) Bluetooth USB adapter and it works well.

You could also try:

Your phone to someones phone

and then

their phone to yours (as long as it doesn't install to theirs first )

I didn't find a site that would allow OTA (over the air) type of installation but I would have thought there must be one...

Just use the cable and it'll ask you to install as soon as it's copied. Worked for me anyway and my Gmail connection is working both ways.

Yep Gmail works on mine again after I was getting a message saying SSL authentication had expired.

Strange that this affected receiving but I was able to send okay (at least it said that the message was sent!)

Thanks guys

Hello Everybody, I am Sarabjit Singh. I am using sony ericsson K750i mobile phone. I am using airtel Gprs (Moblile office). first i want to know what is the difference between myaccount@gmail.com and myemailaccount@gmail.com. Second I tried the settings here. but i couldnt make them work.

I think i have everything setup properly:
Connect Using: Mobile Office
Protocol: POP3
Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com
Incoming Port: 995
Encryption: TLS/SSL
Mailbox: abc@gmail.com (suppose my email id is abc)
Password: Mypassword
Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
Outgoing Port: 465
Email Address: Myemail@gmail.com (abc@gmail.com)
Download: Headers & text
Copy Outgoing: Off
Check Interval: Off

Please help me by guiding how can i configure it for my mobile phone. If there is any setting for yahoo then plz also let me know. I will be very thankful to you. Hope to hear from you soon. Bye take care god bless u.

With regards

How did you install this certificate? I tried to install it via the usb-cable that comes with the phone and installed all things from the CD-rom and I only can install things in the filemanager you know the pictures, themes etc! But I couldn't open it when I installed it to the map "Others", it didn't even have a option to open that file. What Bluetooth do you got? I have a MSI Bluetooth.
