Can't you just press them back on?
If not you should go to a SE service center to have the pad replaced.

Take it to the store where you bought it. They'll fix it or they'll give you a new phone...

I hate it when this happens! I remember when 2 of my buttons fell off my S55 (I have half expected my K700 buttons to come loose as they wobble a bit but they have lasted the course).
I have looked closely at the K750 buttons and the W800 buttons and I think I prefer the look of the W800 buttons. They look sturdy and the number 2 button isn't lost to the joystick.
I have always liked the old Nokia rubber keypads - you know they would always stay in place - however, the Motorola V8 has the right idea (and the s700's are pretty good too). No button-falling-off action there!
There is always this:

lol.. no i wasn't biting it!! .. it just fell off all of a sudden.. i was surprised to see that the keypad was a simple rubber pad with buttons 'stuck' on to it. I wish it were all one piece. anyways, I went back to the shop and they gave me a new keypad.
hopefully it won't fall off again! |
