Cellular Express is pretty good. I got my ATTWS T637 unlocked for Cing Orange there. 38th & 6th. They seemed to have accessories (headsets/cases, etc.) although that's not what I was there for. They gotta make a buck though, so it's usually a little more expensive than e-tail.

DataVision on 5th and 40th actually carries several unlocked SE cell phones, and their prices are in fact quite decent. And considering you don't have to wait for shipping they're really not that bad. Give it a try.
