Ok so I was listening to music and it crashed, so I took the battery out and turned it on again, went to text someone and it crashed again, repeated.

So then I turn it on and leave it alone for abit, come back to try and text again and basically the back button doesnt work and the left and down tap on the thumbstick dont work!

What can I do? Should I contact sony ericsson or do you think a reset to default might help?

Take it to se asap. Whatever the reason, a phone is not expected to crash like that.
