Some nope details would be useful! Have you installed the drivers for the dongle? Have you paired the handset with the PC? How are you trying to connect to the phone?

Ok.. i installed drivers that came with the bluetooth-stick. I can see my computer recognizes the cellphone (SE T630) and whe i try to transfer files from PC 2 cellphone the it says "server is busy" or "ftp connection timed out".
I heard u cant use bluetooth with windows xp sp1 but maby there is SOME way. |

Not true. SP1 does not have built in Bluetooth support, but that is what the software on the supplied CD is for, which you've installed. How are you sending to the phone?

I don't think that's right. You should be able to go into that T630 folder and find some sub-folders, such as pictures and sounds. You should then be able to drag into one of those.

I have the same bluetooth dongle and have had no trouble using it under sp1. I dont know what the problem with yours could be but I can assure you that it is compatible with sp1 100%. The best suggestion that I have is that you uninstall the software and reinstall it again. |

Okay, let us know how you get on. It does sound as if this is the problem because you can see you phone from the PC, so it's connected.

@Int> The BT device IS supposed to blink to show Standby /In use state of "Activity".. Thus, as far as I know, switching it OFF /DISable it from taskbar or wherever is going to make it sit without blinking. And next time, ie FTP freeze's from PC. Just change your phone's name. Switch off/Switch on BT on phone and make a fresh pairing with Obex File Transfer etc. > Pt 2> Try http://www.midi.ru/audiotomidi if you want. I have the very old Ver 1.01. It can still grab live speaker audio, besides wav files etc.
