is it just me or is there a big issue with the service of SE in the US....
i wrote 3 emails to them got no answer beside computer generated confirmation for recieving....
i tried to find the nearest service point and got a useless and poor answer....
are they forgeting that you dont just sell a cellphone and good is....this would be a big short term thinking....
what is your opinion about this ?
by the way... do anybody know a ericsson service point between chicago and milwaukee or in milwaukee which is able to do a software update on my T68 ?

I got a reply within 24 hours, not sure why you haven't.
I spoke with them on Monday and they indicated it would be at least 4 weeks before they would be able to upgrade the T68.
The issue is that the phone has not been released in the States yet and they are not setup for support now. |

They are very sporadic about replying, plus when you tell them that you have a t68 its like you are speaking a foreign language since it has not been released in the US yet |

Why not try the UK customer service instead? They speak english too you know...
...they should know about the T68 and you don't need to tell that you are american in mails...  |

I just called the customer service here in the US (1-800-374-2776) and they told me they now do tech support the T68... the lady walked me through some settings and knew what she was doing - so just call them. |

thanks for your answers so far....i talked to the US support on the number you mentioned and i guess i just had a lazzy guy....
about this update...hmmm i dont know...what you mean with they are not set for this yet ?
all what you need is a data cable and the software which ericsson send via there servers direct to the dealers....so what takes 4 weeks on this ?
well anyway...once more again when any body talks to them again ...i need to find a service point here in the area around milwaukee and it seems i dont come far with talking or mailing to them....sometimes really a question which person you get on the line
