How can you tell the firmware version of the HBH-15? I have the HBH-10 and I was wondering if reliability will improve with a firmware upgrade? And can any SE service center do this? Or must it be sent in to SE?

jplacson - Go to the "Accessories" menu on your phone. Actual location differs according to your mobile model. Choose "HBH" and then "Settings" and then "Name". Change the name to "adgjm" by deleting whatever is shown and keying in "adgjm". Exit back to "Settings". You will see "Version". Choose "Version" and press the "yes" key twice. You will see the version e.g. R2F .
