K750 headset - need wire layout please |
eolivas Joined: Jul 05, 2002 Posts: 80 From: Dallas, TX PM |
Need some help in clarifying what wires go from the K750 connector to the MIC and SPEAKER. I want to modify the connector so it connects directly to a JABRA headset, but I need to know the wire arrangment.
Lots of mods have been done to the stock K750 headset, I'm sure this information is known and readily available.
thanks in advance! | |

Wouldn't it be better to post in one of the established threads rather than starting a thread here? Hint, being that there are threads that explain this over and over, people are less likely to help you because they view your thread as a repeat.

Actually this is not a repeat, I have not seen clearly the wire layout for the connector. Perhaps I haven't looked through all the forums, but in the ones I have I still haven't seen something like, 'green - mic, red - right stereo, etc'
Certainly someone who's modded their headset succesfully can tell me |

Someone mentioned in the other thread. Dude, I am trying to point you in the right direction here. I have been in this forum quite a while and tend to know how people sometimes think around here. Drop into the other thread and they will give you the stuff you need.

Does anyone know if the remote control of the W800 to which you attach the earphones (using a standard plug) will be available as a separate accesory so I can use it with my K750?? I don't really like the earphones that it came bundled with... Could definitely use better ones, and that little remote seems like a cool thing to have | |
