I've tried to search for pics of the next Qtec.
It got the sliding keyboard and a turnable screen.
Anyone know where I can get some more info on that phone?

you'll be looking for the Qtek (with a K) 4040. Or HTC Universal. Search that in Google and behold the results.

Qtek 4040 has not sliding keyboard, it's a flip model:
But Qtek 9100 (HTC Wizard) has a sliding keyboard and a screen that rotates when you slide out the keyboard:
