Is there is any software needed to use the bluetooth remote on the PC?
It always says connection failed??

Does you PC have built in 
If not you need to have an external adapter ( dongle) for it to be able to communicate with the phone and vice-versa

I have a external bluetooth dongle. I can share files between the pc and my phone, but i cant use the phone to control media player and use it as an remote. Do i need to install any software to use the HID blueooth remote on my phone? |

I could not get it to work either, but they say ... initiating the "pairing" FROM the PC helps.. Try that and please please revert... I am really comfy with the S700 and would love to use it to the hilt....
