Sorry, don't mean correct you, just some info.
The white paper is not a users manual. It's an infomation "leaflet". There is very little in a whitepaper showing you exactly how to use the phone, it tells you what it can do and explains most of the features it has.

No, the manual will not include all the details of net work, less tecnical details on the camera and so on.
