Sendo International, Sendo Holdings Plc, Sendo Telecommunications and Sendo Limited were placed into Administration on 29 June 2005 by Order of the High Court.
The Joint Administrators are Simon Appell and Alastair Beveridge of Kroll Limited.
The Administrators will be writing to all creditors in the very near future to explain the current situation and what they will need to do next.
