I am currently trying to get my friends k700i to work properly.
it is a second hand hnadset that used to be on vodafone by the looks of things.
They are now on O2 and everything works except the gprs connection.
i have put in all of O2's settings correctly but iobviously there is still the vodafone live branding on the phone... how do i get rid of this.
it doesnt even work when i try to use it as a modem for my ipaq, the ipaq connects to the phone and dials but then says cannot connect (i presume cause the O2 settings are conflicting with the vodafone setup??)
any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Alas, debranding is the only option. But I cannot help you with debranding your phone. I one time got a K700i with t-mobile branding and I put in all vodafone setting, but it just didn't connect (and I know my stuff). |
