How to block harassment callers & SMS on K700i? |

Hello,
Recently I'm receiving too many harassment calls & SMS on my K700, is there an application (as in outlook 2003 >>>blocked senders) to block unwanted callers?
In the phone's menu there is: Manage calls>>>Accept calls>>> Only from list, BUT I can’t add too many names in this list; Isn’t there an application to do the other way around, to block callers from the list rather than accepting calls from them?

You can make a 'GROUP' and add that group to accept/block calls from. It worked for my T68i, but have never tryied it out with my k700i.
So give it a try and post your results.
Enjoy.../

If that doesn't work, try calling your service provider and ask them to block the number/numbers that are causing you the problems

How many numbers do you want to put in the list of blocked numbers? If you have more than one person harrasing you then I would change my number and question why lots of people are harrassing you.

@Naith
Contacts>>>Options>>>Groups>>>New group; To add a new number to a group, I had to go through all the contacts numbers one by one. Not an easy thing to do.
@Sammy_boy
I've called my service provider and written a statement of harassment, but they told me that I should wait 24 hours before they take an action against that person, if he continues annoying me, they will disconnect his service and I'll have the right to sue him.

It's only one number, but you should know that usually success persons get harassed, for that you can’t look for the phone number of an important figure in the White pages!
My solution to the problem was to divert voice calls when busy to my voice mail; so his wallet will suffer! In the last two days he was talking to him self on the phone for about 4 hours! |
