I've heard that k750i, k700i, w800, k600 themes aren't compatible amongst themselves, how come? They're screen sizes are the same, and the files all end in .thm.

because theres much more to a theme than just screensize and file extension. It has different elements for different parts of the menus, and the platform (and menus) are different on the phones. For instance K700 and K750 are based on two different platforms, and also on two different theme platforms with many differences.

That's not neccesary, cause the t630, z600, t610's themes where compatible, and they had different content, but that doesn't answer my question, are they compatible or not?

eh, what do you mean "That's not neccesary" ?
Do you think I bother answer If Im just guessing, and dont know for sure what Im talking about ?

No, they are not compatible, K700 and K750 have different platforms, the do NOT share themes. K750, W800 and K600 has the same platform, they DO share themes.
Just like T610/T630/Z600 had the same platform and shared themes.

Do download the theme editor and take a look for yourself if you dont beleive what Im telling you or dont understand what I mean, tsk tsk
