Hi All, Just upgraded from a Nokia 6230 to a K750i and while looking for info found this great forum.
Overall Im impressed with the 750i, still a few teething probs, mainly with video but otherwise great phone.
My main prob is that I have txts saved on my nokia that i would like to t/fer to the 750i, can this be done and if so what software is required.

Thanks in advance

Please Google for FMS and MobileEdit (or MobilEdit).. The later is available as a fully functional (for limited time) shareware. I have NO clue as to how good or otherwise they are coz I never used any. But heard a lot about FMS around here and from people you actually used both..

Hope this helps you !

Cheers !!

Have now tried both mobiledit and FMA without success. The only other way I can think of is sending them to myself!

You have two choises. If your messages are short you can transfer them as notes. Note format looks like this:

BEGIN:VNOTE
VERSION:1.1
BODY: [here comes the text]
DCREATED:20050711T123708Z
LAST-MODIFIED:20050711T123742Z
CLASS:
X-IRMC-LUID:000300010002
END:VNOTE

Edit you txt in notepad, save them as .vnt and transfer. You can also edit your notes ...

However if you longer txt, then simply transfer them to your "other" folder, sreach for it, then click "send" and choose as MMS, and, "ta-da", there is your text.

BTW: This info is on esato already.
