hey govi do u get the star channels, hbo etc etc there now? cause i remember when i was ther in 2003 they were thinking of installing the black box or waterver its called. so wats the situation now?

Conditional Access System. where you can choose what channels you want with the help of stb. Also maximum number of channels, upto 1000 theoretically, digital sound, digital pic etc. I don't watch anything on zee other than friends.

ok so u still havent told me what channels u get there?
do u still pay say asianet a monthly subscription (was rs150 last time i was there) and u get all the channels?

You can't get all the channels in asianet. The oly place showing the most is Chennai.
