Hello? Anyone out there?

I'm out here just been too busy to post anything of substance.

Eish Brix, tell me about it, i've hardly the opportunity to scratch my orchids, let alone get online. Didn't even get to see Trev making his speech yesterday, nor did i get to catch the highlights. Will see what the papers say today.

Anyway... have a stunning day folks

Saw the highlights, it seems education is getting the bulk of the cash, and at the bottom of the list, the cops. But they are getting money, and that is good. Everyone on the news seemed mostly positive about the budget, except that dude from the Freedoms Front +, who said it is all good and well, but that a lot of the money seems to leak out here and there, and then it does not get to it's destination. I must say, it is rather true, when it comes to signing checks for the things they(government officials or whoever) should you could swear they are signing their souls over to the devil. They hate signing a big check that is not for them. Sucky as it sounds, it is true. Waiting for money from the government takes forever, unless you start with bomb threats, or kidnap the presidents daughter. In that case, they might speed up the process by a year or two.

Well, this is to a good year...Cheers!

Anyone found that the LG Chocolate's touch sensitive controls are a bit too sensitive? I played with it some time back and scrolling through the menu was crazy because I kept making mistakes when I wanted certain menu items. I've got an iPod and that ain't even too sensitive....good, responsive and always on the ball.

@ brix, are youn cheating on your nokia? hehe! Have not laid an eye on a real LG yet, so I have no clue.

Anyway, I was watching West African Idols (Lagos) last night! My word, it was funny! The judges are the best! I could not stop laughing! At some points it would be like a machine gun of jokes at some of the participants....If any of you have a chance, watch a bit of it. Think it is sponsored by some cellphone operator...there, just made it relevant;-)

Howzit jmash.
Fortunately the weather is quite mild here at the moment. We've only had 2 or 3 days of snow this Winter. Over the past few days, some of the trees are already starting to bloom again.
It's getting a little lighter earlier each morning and Spring seems to be settling in here now.

It's been a very busy week...thank God it's Friday...

T.G.I.F indeed mate. Don't think i've ever been this glad to be this close to the end of the working week... I usually stay till 4 or later, but this has been a trying week, to put it mildly, so today i'm buggering off at 3pm. We've a new broom sweeping clean aka a new chap in charge of the circuit which includes my school. What that old adage doesn't mention is that the new broom isn't necessarily wielded by the owner of said broom... Nay, the owner of said broom delegates the sweeping to the peasantry down there in the fields, so to say. "Pick that cotton, Jimmy me lad", "Tote that bale of hay, Rastus...".

So Moses went to Egypt's land... Let my people go... To make old Pharaoh understand...
Let my people go...

Eish, i'm rambling here. Suddenly feeling dizzy... i need to hear the 3pm siren, it's all that'll resuscitate me
