I don't trust the DXoMark thing at all.
A phone with a 1/2.3" sensor and LED flash is not better at taking pictures than a phone with a 1/1.5" sensor, Xenon flash and OIS. Plus it has no lossless zoom abilities like the 1020.
Sorry but it doesn't compare to the 1020 nevermind beat it. | |

^ they just have a very specific set of guidelines.. that's all, its not wrong, its just based on how they look at camera performance.

Most smartphones, including the 808, pretty much do all of the same things in different ways.. that's why for me the main differentiator is the camera, everything else is secondary.
I can make a phone call on all of them, I can send an email on all of them, I can watch a youtube vid on all of them, I can have sat nav on all of them, I can listen to music on all of them, I can check the weather, I can record a video, I can watch movies, I can play games, and the list goes on.
If the Z2 had a better camera I would be all over it, but it doesn't.

i would like to know how the stereo speakers when ringing.. does both rings on same volume?
and in general loud speaker performance. and the call quality.

Please Doministry shed some light on:
- Speaker Performance (music and incoming calls)
- Daylight Visibility
- Dimensions and Handling
- Camera (if you can  )
- Notification LED
- Build Quality
- New function (like Smart Backlight, Tap2Wake and so on)
- Pen and Stylus INPUT
I know this are a lot of things... But you are the first here with a Z2, please be patient!

The thing is while Nokia 808 might be able to do almost (not all though) things that modern smartphones are doing there is also a matter of how good it's performance is and I bet that the difference is huge.
And even If you can watch movies or browse the Internet as an example - the low resolution screen of nokia 808 doesn't even come close to modern high resolution screens we have these days |

Of course. My SE X1 also DOES all the things modern smartphones do.
But that doesn't count really since the performance is a laugh in today's standards, even if it was
a masterpiece back than.
Nokia 808 is a junk device with a good camera. Please don't bring it here, it's pathetic.
It was nice some years ago maybe but now it's just a favourite toy of frustrated Symbian whiners.
Now:
I will answer all the questions in the next days. Today I didn't have a chance since I was very busy.
I will be honest of course. I won't lie to myself 
As for the camera I have my Z and QX10 to compare, so it's enough.
And I have to update it to the latest FW (it has .55 preinstalled).
The only thing for now is that a build quality is superb, this silver frame looks fantastic.
I will come back soon

Unfortunately for us the consumers, we are forced to make a choice, and compromise one way or another.
You want the best smart phone experience, you go for the Z2.
I want the best camera experience, I go for the 808.
So in this case I am getting subpar smartphone experience, relative to the Z2, and you are getting subpar camera experience relative to the 808.
There is no device out there that combines the two just yet, but I think we might see it by the end of 2014.
I really like the Z2, and I've always liked Ericsson (Sony) so I am just keeping a close eye on what's going on. I am not trying to troll the thread on anything like that.
I have 3 options: Sony / Apple / Microsoft
One of them will produce the ultimate device, I just don't know when and who is going to produce the best such device. Whoever it is tho, I am going to replace my 808 with it. I just need the sound recording, lossless zoom, and image quality to be on par, or better than the 808.. I don't even need them to be better to be honest..

Even the comments say the same, the Z2 shots are horrible, processing is heavy and typical Sony really, failed to get it right again.
The next great camera phone won't come from Sony, Apple will do well with the iPhone 6 but Microsoft will bring out a beast 1020 successor that will take them all.
