Ok, if its a lot u need to reflash it. If it is now and then maybe the memory is full. It happens to me when I try to watch logos thats to big. Else ive got no problems.

@adamizer i think uni sucks because i haven't had working experience yet. I an doing engineering and that sucks BIG time in terms of the amount of work given.... Erk ! @ all, the only gripe i have about my r520m when i compare it to my t300 is the speed of the text.

@coolmax... welcome to esato.... I dont tgink tgey gona release a succesor to that phone anytime soon.. but NOkia has one newer model out, That maybe could suffice til SE decisides that R310 needs a succesor...

8 GMT :-) Any news on the SE R series phones? I heard that the R series will be fashion phones. Wonder if there will ever be a replacement phone for the R520.....

@sanjeev: unfortunately, the trend is to go smaller and stuff... but it'd be sweet to see a successor to the R520m... to see what SE can pack into the last phone designed by E///... it's definitely long overdue just like the successor to the T68i, the T610
one problem is, how to make it feature-packed w/o making it equal to a P800? 
POSSIBLE ideas:
- BETTER-WORKING speakerphone!
- updated BT for longer range, etc.
- poly-rings
- java
- colour screen
- for a colour screen, we'll need a longer-lasting battery...

Alphatag, nice to hear from you again :-) I forgot where i heard it from but the next batch of R phones will be fashion phones. Hope it still retains the good features besides being great eye candy ...

Hi all,
I just bought a R520m and am happy to see this thread. Thank you.
The FW on my unit is R2K. I too have the dreaded 'Alarm Snooze' issue but have not had a chance to test other functions. Is there some place I can go to find what the changes are in the latest FW (R4A)? TIA |
