I use this: http://www.nch.com.au/switch/ I think that's the best and it's supports like everything.
The other thing is I have checked my HDD and it says:
Supports Journaling : Yes
Journaled : Yes
Is that mean I don't have to install this new update which enable journalig on macbooks?

Ok dudes still having the same problems with the iPhone.
This is the error message i get with both the setting luke posted.
"Could not activate EDGE: You are not subscribied to EDGE"
So do i need to set something up with o2? I tried asking the o2 staff in three stores in glasgow and are hopeless, i've been told some very fantisafully stories about why its not work.
Ranging from only o2 iPhone's will work with our network, whats EDGE and its because it an american phone i won't work in the uk!!!!

I have a problem with getting wep sorted, basically i think someone has been trying to use my net and i've tried adding it but it hasn't worked in the past so thought i'd try again.
So i logged into my router, netgear DG834G and clicked wep, set it as automatic. I then put a word in the passphrase box and 4 keys where created. so i logged out and went to airport, it showed a padlock which was all good so i clicked it and it asked for the key.
Key 1 was highlighted when i was setting it up in the router menu so i added that and i just get an error joining the network and can't connect to the internet. So i tried highlighting the other keys one by one and tried those but the same thing happens. Then i tried entering the passphrase i used, still nothing.
Am i doing something wrong? I mean i followed the instructions, i just want to make it secure.

You might need to be hard wired to it wifey..
another way is just disable the SSID broadcast...
then unless they have saved the connection, they ain't getting' on..
Or if you want to go all out, get some mac addressing going on. as you know, PWs are crackable, MAC addressing isn't, basically your iMac has a wifi MAC address, you input that into your router and it will only ever let your iMac on the network unless you add another MAC address...
PS.... WEP ain't secure in the slightest... you need WPA or WPA2 if you want to use a password.....
