Awesome piece of work Rosewhite

@deckard:

I do not seem to figure why should a mere 128mb mmc not work with you hpm-10. This may sound odd through but try formatting it in a windows based phone such as the old SPV's or E100's.

That's how I got mine to work before.

From experience, the max mmc for the hpm 10 iv had was 256mb with a long battery life. A 512mb would work also but at the expense of battery life. The best combo is still a good t65+hpm10.
If given a wish, i would like to be born as a swede and stay in Lund to enjoy all the vintage working ericsson phones! what a phone that gs88!!! it reminds me of the good old combo offered by ericsson many years back:ericsson/hp communicator+ s888 world phone.

@r0sewhite

Wow! That SH868 looks... wow!

I can't believe you guys still have batteries for these phones. My GH688 has been in its original box for 4 years now cause I can't find a battery wheras I have two working batteries for my R320s and 4 working batteries for the R600.
It's not what you do or even how you do it but in what state of mind you do it: Dups! 2009

Hi to all! Yesterday I saw a man throwing an old phone in a public trash, when he was away I went to see what a phone it was: the GA318 in a terrible condition. Why do people throw phones into the public trash? I can not understand, normally you keep it or bring it back to a phone store, don't you?

Anyway I fished it out and took that disgusting phone home where I decomposed it completely. After washing and cleaning the single parts I offered a new front cover, a new antenna and a working battery to the phone. Result: A very nice working like new GA318 built in 1996!

@tranced

yes, it seems so, but I do not know how many of these phones have been built, maybe someone else has an idea. Anyway, hanky and tranced, thanks for your comments! More pics as always on my website

What i'd still buy is a T39 in rose white, icecap blue or even both . They're still on my "to buy" list
