@da krypsta: Would love to find out how many pensioners in Japan own cellphones since they'e got one of the oldest populations in the world.

'So,' says Francois, looking to the left and the right...'you chaps seem rather quiet?!'

So what you guys think about the presidents speech? Just caught the highlights on the news, but got the idea from that. I wonder if 30 000 cops would be enough?! I think that should be one step. Tougher punishments and pay increases for cops should be on the list as well. Lets hope ol Thabo has not given us a bunch of hogwash like last year. Nothing really better about telecommunications, and not sure if it will change soon.

Yeah, quiet around these parts today. Oh well, let's 'bump' the thread with a few more cellphone pics.

Taken at around 06:45am yesterday morning, with the N73...

Met Eish, ja:

Overlooking part of the suburb called East Ham in the east of London, at work:

It's all thawed out now...

I forgot to mention it, my phone took quite a tumble on thursday. Was in my shirt pocket and i bent over a toolbox on a full brick surface. It fell out, and bounced 2 or 3 times. I had to re-set my sim card, but it still works perfectly. In fact, i had some images on my memory card that did not want to display previously, and now they do:) got a few rough scratches on the corners along the thickness of the phone, and that seems to be it. This phone is nice and durable. I still need to be more careful though.

Ja nee, it's a horrible feeling when that happens to one's cellphone-precious. @ Francois: have you been working on any more of your music tracks? I was really impressed with the initial one on your myspace site/ blog.

Yeah the phone is durable, which i need it to be. And unknown, but that is cool. It is nice having a rare phone:) Don't like having what every tom dick and harry has. But that will have to change on my next handset:)

@ wanqa, not been too busy on that front as i have been working on a lot of totally real tracks, some of them partly digital. Will maybe stuff around a little later with an idea for a track. And about the other track, i have it to Kim, my one partner in the crime of music. She has a great voice and writes brilliant lyrics. Think she got some ideas already. Will see where she goes with it. She writes very depressing songs mostly, but that is when she does the music. We are looking to start a rock band, but i will have to write rocking tunes then only give her an idea of what i want then let her write the lyrics. Will keep you updated on happenings,

Yep, so Anna is no more. Sad loss to purveyors of appendages mammarian, lol. It's been a typical weekend here, trying to recover from the ravages of the working week. The weather has definitely taken a turn for the worse (or better, depending on preference) so much so that the cricket was washed out, much to the dismay of many matchgoers. Roll of the dice, i say.

Brix, good point that you raise, mfowethu. Maybe if we followed their diet we'd still be around Esato 50 years from now

@Sio, that sucks buddy, i'd take the company involved to task, even if it meant going to the Small Claims Court with them to seek relief.

Yep, celltech is a beta tester so it's quite likely that he's got/had the gadgets way before anyone in SA.

Quite ironic...respect and doos creep up in one passage/ I don't know whether Inzi is just using his religios conviction to bolster his support.

If I recall correctly Shaun Pollock is a staunch Christian but he does not sing praises to God whenever he's in front of a microphone.

Dunno how Graeme Smith can be called a doos...what has the guy done to deserve that level of hatred?
Maybe he has been abrasive and a tough competitor/And now I suspect that the Pak supporters in fact might not hate the guy, they're pleased when he fails because should the opposite happen their team will come off looking like a bunch of Bangladeshi club cricketers.

Enjoying the game today? Just a pity i couldn't go due to work committements.

LOL, I wonder if Inzi's gonna be 'in absentia' again at the post-match interview, after today's match...

Woohoo! And Smith ends the slaughter with a six, with not a wicket lost. I'll be keen to see what the papers say tomorrow.
To be honest, I expected much more from Pakistan, and India for that matter. Speaking of India, they shoulda won that match against Sri Lanka today... oh well.
Aamir Sohail and Saeed Anwar...now there were 2 legendary openers for Pakistan.
