And we wait patiently.Im just grateful that we are getting Gingerbread.Now the second year of my contract isnt looking so bleak.With an official stock Gingerbread and maybe some tweaking from XDA this phone should take me into 2012 a pretty happy chappy.

Just to remind everyone that The backup and restore app wont be there after the new update. and wont install if you find it and try and install it. I have lost everything and feel shafted by sony ericsson. this is the sort of thing that is likely to drive me to apple.

Not sure which generic I had flashed, possibly German (from the language that appeared on reboot) but I now have 2.3.3 !!
And its gooooooood....
So far anyway.
