isn't it Sony give up in sensor exclusivity, and let's other company to use it
maybe (and I hope) they already have new better one, up in the sleeves.

Josh seems quite impressed overall. Keeps mentioning how good the details are in the pics. Also mentions that the 8mpx shots have more detail than the 20mpx ones. Also says that of the 3 flagship phones, the z2 was the most fun to shoot with. |

and,its shame for nokia 808 or 1020 that even with that massive big sensor Sony's smaller sensor beats That Bulk or Hump
so that means DXOMark did a great job in Ranking Xperia Z2 at top |

this comment's pattern looks familiar. it's the same with the one where he posted about nokia 1020 winning when it was actually z2 that had the most prominently positive votes, and as stated on the page he linked, z2 was the winner overall.
please if you try to promote samsung and nokia propaganda, don't distort facts that we can easily verify. try doing that with pages without clear, unequivocal conclusions from their respective authors.

and according to people who know A LOT about photography, z2 has the best mobile camera as of now (galaxy s5 and k zoom not tested yet).

Doesn't developing a sensor take a very long time and a lot of resources? It's taken Samsung quite sometime to develop the ISOCELL for the Galaxy S5 and I doubt the ISOCELL is yet at a point where it meets the requirements for what they wanted in the Galaxy K Zoom including build cost. We will see the ISOCELL make a return in the Note 4, it seems they are keeping the ISOCELL for their flagships, which makes sense, it was probably much cheaper to just buy a Sony sensor rather than develop a whole new sensor for what is at the end of the day a mid end phone with an optical zoom camera. Just makes logical sense.
