If only they could fix the purple fringing. The quality otherwise is quite gorgeous! |

i had a 1 week play with my brothers new C902 on 038 firmware
the overall picture quality is very good in my opinion....
but i think there are some problems...
pics often come out over-exposed.
and i can't get a perfect red color yet.
for example: this is what color i should get (the real color)
but i get this weired red color:
even this wrong red reproduction has somthing to do with over exposure this is what came out with -2.0 exposure setting: (as you can see the red color is good and very close to reality)
with -1.0 exposure level:
with 0.0 exposure level:
but that's not always the case, as it can take decent pics of even red objects with primium quality...
totaly... it was a good camera-phone... i always managed to shoot perfect pics with -1.0 or -0.7 EV.
and one thing to mention...... SUPERIOR build quality. |

the thing is that you will get crappy quality even with a real digi cam like this: if you dont do use it optimal......
c902 produce great red by the way....change fw maybe it help.

Not exactly 100% crop is it plankis? Looks more like 90% crop. This is what the 100% crop looks like:
