Does the contrast, exposure and sharpness settings from document-scene go with auto(macro) too?
Auto mode + macro:
- Sharpness 06
- Increased contrast to 01 when flash needed
- Flah colour temperature 6800K
- ISO 100 when flash ON
Doc mode:
- Sharpness 08
- Increased contrast to 01
- Increased exposure to 01
- Flah colour temperature 7500K
- ISO 100 when flash ON

Can anyone explain why the flash is forced?

Just turn the flash off in situations you dont want it to go off, (press "*" button when in cammode)
OR turn on Red Eye Reduction then flash wont go off in bright conditions.

I have downloaded the Ultimate V2.44 driver from page one and now have an unrarred camera0.dat file. Rather than trawling through 64 pages, what do I do now?

imo there's too much sharpening in auto mode with no flash when shooting outdoors, at the daylight |
