Well, the Akono headset selling for RM399 is what I've read in MPC I think. Anyway I'm going down to EricServe this weekend to upgrade my K700i firmware (hopefully)! I'll confirm the Akono's price.

Guys, I've updated my K700i & the R2E seems nothing great. Fyi, the GPRS & the browser problem is still not fix yet. Bluetooth still got problem transferring sound to headset. The only fix is the call list so far. Still a long way to go.. For the Akono headset, I suggest you guys hold on as it's unstable.. very unstable.. only works well with T610, Z600, PX00.

@alex,
i'm sorry..... unstable? like how?

coz my thinking is that wouldn't release a product if its deemed unstable now would they??

i think the 'unstability' issue lies with the k700i and not the akono headset... its basically a software issue within the k700i imho.....

Ok. For the call list fix will be the display in caller name and no. The previous firmware unable to display in proper manner as it will truncate out th remaining.

As for the Akono H600, it is the same issue as HBH-60 and Akono H660 will be the HBH-65. So, I believe this will give ya guys better picture. This is all I can tell. Otherwise, Ericserve technician will kill me.

I understand what you meant. But another problem which I want solved is the phone book, whereby names displayed are also truncated. Is this solved mate?

Well guys, I've lost a lot of weight. Walking all the way down to the main road (near pearl point) from oug (way way inside) everyday.

It's a good thing I guess.

Alex is right, gprs bug is still there :-\. Never appeared often before, so yeah it's not a critical fault to me anyway.
