1. I don't watch Soccer or news except in hotels. I don't even own a TV or satellite! Newspapers are my main source of news.
2. I -we- watch one film a week. Sunday evenings. Some weeks we don't even have time.
3. We have several DVD's waiting in a loooooong queue. We try to take a DVD and finish it. Takes months to finish.
4. But, somehow, I do keep up with some of my old fave actors/directors.
EDIT:
@OYom, Thanks.

Here are the films I would like to see and those I will not bother:
1. Terminator Salvation
Definitely! The best was T2 sha IMHO.
7. Pirates of the Caribbean 4
I won't bother about it. I enjoyed Pirates 2 (Dead Mans Chest) the best but I didn't like part 3... it was just too complex.
10. The Day the Earth Stood Still
Definitely! I read its Keanu Reeves. Like him. And the story line.
11. The First Avenger: Captain America
Nah! Except the reviews are good.
12. 2012 (Roland Emmerich)
The storyline is intriguing. I also like the Director Roland Emmerich.
17. Hancock 2
Definitely! Definiiiitely!. We loved Hancock! Good job.
18. Spider-Man 4
The Spider-man sequels have become better with each sequel. Will watch this one.
19. Jurassic Park 4
I loved the first 2 but the third was not too great. I doubt if Spielberg will be involved. Plus, Michael Crichton is dead. But, I will watch sha.
21. RoboCop
Wow! I loved the first Robocop.
24. Alien vs. Predator 3
Nah. I hated the first since I was an Aliens fan and they made my fave Aliens looked like little lizards. Not fair. Didn't bother with part 2.
25. Iron Man 2
The first part was not bad.
29. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Loved the first part. I am downloading a dvd-rip of part 2 joust so that I can enjoy the colour. Will definitely watch it.
35. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Loved the video game. It should be nice.
38. Star Trek
Yep... loved Star Trek.
42. Seven Pounds
The new Will Smith. Loved the man.
45. Toy Story 3
Wow! Can't wait. One of the few films where part 2 is better than part 1.

Guys, has anyone read about the new Nokia N97? Makes me wonder what the future of the communicator range will be when this phone hits the shelves.

This a comment to AAS's comparison of three flagship phones....
And now, something completely different:
Nokia N96 vs. George W. Bush
1) Popularity:
N96: very unpopular, both in the US and in Europe
GWB: very unpopular, both in the US and in Europe
2) User experience:
N96: very frustrating
GWB: very frustrating
3) Cost:
N96: extremely costly to consumers
GWB: extremely costly to taxpayers
4) Future:
N96: already a lame-duck handset, to be retired (thank God!) in early 2009
GWB: already a lame-duck president, to be retired (thank God!) in early 2009
5) Power:
N96: has too little power
GWB: has too much power

@coola, very exhaustive movie review you've posted, which is making me ave a rethink of going back to my movie watching days (that is before dstv, internet & hitv came to 9ja, i could remember those punishing NTA tv programmes /stations. It was Valium 20, one just had to sleep while trying to watch them). that said coola, Do you know where i can get these movies from without breaking the bank and of good quality?

@amby: It is refreshing to see Nokia toy with a form factor that has been traditionally WinMo - the slide-out QWERTY. The specs are top-of-the-range. Let's hope they don't mess it up with a release that is buggy to high heavens.
But, honestly, the N97 looks good - especially in white (silver?)

Yes, I second that, N97 really looks good and packed with top range features. I have longed for a symbian version of this form factor. Hope Nokia won't mess up the user experience with their S60 touch screen OS.
I played with an Xperia X1 briefly yesterday and the size just blew my mind away. I was expecting it to be wider than my P1, but it was quite narrow for a 3" screen device. Even the slide -out QWERTY is the smallest I have used. A really compact device, though I found it a little bit slow navigating the interface.
This and the N97 are out of my league, so am looking forward to the 5800 Xpress Music.
