nice comparison but, well, VLC has now been pulled from the app store anyway due to a law suit.
Fortunately I have it already and it hasn't let me down yet, but AVPLAYER does have some good reviews.
Unlike VLC which was free, AVPLAYER is a paid app and that in itself is fine, but I really don't like these developers that don't make universal apps and instead choose to have separate versions for iphone and ipad that you therefore have to buy twice if you want it on both patforms.

AirPlay streaming from iPhone 4 to my Mac mini.
AirVideoEnabler from Cydia installed on the iPhone and AirPlayer for Mac installed on the Mac mini.

1. first two videos streamed from YouTube app. Problems with buffering of "Equals Three" video because of its high quality.
2. third video streamed from Safari, DailyMotion site for iPhone
3. fourth video streamed from iPod app

I'd be happy just to use my SIM locked IP4 16GB [2nd time around on IP4, 3rd time around on iPhone] DAMN SIM Locked iPhones and stupid cellular providers not taking ownership of subsidiary cellular providers.

I traded a couple of phones at the weekend at CEX for an iphone 4 supposedly locked to Orange UK. Got my phone home an inserted my orange microsim and all was well after activating the handset through itunes. Later on Saturday i tried ( and i dont know why) an old O2 ipad sim that i had and to my surprise this also worked....full signal etc, i then cut down an old Voda PAYG sim i had and that also registered and produced full signal bars etc . My question is : my iphone is running 4.2.1 and baseband 03.10.01 and this is after restoring the device, am i right i believing that this is officially unlocked and that there is no jailbreak and unlock available for that firmware and baseband combination ?
Although i have had iphones before i dont really get involved in all the jailbreaking/unlocking cat and mouse games so am just looking for confirmation of my suspicions
Regards and thanks in advance
Craig

If you MUST have to get things done - isolating a project and narrow down tasks for each step of the way:
THINGS!
^ takes about a week getting used to it from scratch I WOULD suggest viewing the iTunes video for it. It's expense but its SO WORTH IT!!! It's the ONLY app I've spent more than $4 with and its SO WORTH IT!

Hello everyone! It's been awhile....
Is any one using their phones without a screen protector? Any issues?

I never use screen protectors and my iPhone screen looks like new when held up to the light at just the right angle that would normally spot scratches etc.

Thanks@ Masseur
@ Tranced how are you? I've been good! What phone do you have now?
I bought an antiglare screen protector when I first got my phone... I took it off this week, after seeing a Droid screen which looked so clear. Then I thought... Hmmm.... My screen should look better with the iphone 4 Retina display. So I took it off and it looks amazing.. The antiglare frost screen was taking away from it's natural beauty.
I guess I was worried, because there is so much talk about iphone 4's scratching easily, I don't see how though.

K770 and K790.
I can't blame you feeling this way. I guess it's a normal instinct human being has of protecting their stuffs.

Thats the problem with anti-glare screen protectors, they reduce the 'wow' factor of the display whereas gloss protectors dont
