Update: battery usage with only GSM radio
I repeated my typical usage pattern today (well actually did a bit more with the web and made 30 mins of calls as opposed to 15 mins) and where I normally have 35% battery charge left I had 43%. The difference was not as great I was expecting - this is probably because web browsing and ebook reading does use the screen a lot. |

Is there an extended life or higher density battery for the phone available? |

has anyone fouund a way to have the backlight turn off immediately?
I've got a 2 minute power save but when I know I've finoshed then it would save battery to turn it off right away.
on my kjam you just press the power button
this is most worthwhile when you make many short uses of the device

How? I very much doubt that it will work, because ActiveSync is Microsoft-technology.
The PC Suite *might* work, but there is no mentioning of Lotus Notes in the specifications. |

The screen is quite useless in daylight, i can't read an sms or even the contact list outdoors. Is this really the same company that made the P910?

@leap
The PC Suite for Smartphones is designed to work with the following PIMs:
Outlook 2000 SP-3, Outlook 2002 SP-2, Outlook 2003 SP-1
Lotus Notes 5.0, Lotus Notes 6.0, Lotus Notes 6.5
Internet Explorer 6

I found the default theme improved the ability to see the screen outside - some of the darker themes do not help. I have not found a situation where I cannot any of the information - okay I'm in the UK and we don't get that much sun shine |

I had the default theme before this and I had major difficulties with that as well. Yeah you get plenty of clouds in the UK but i'm in Karachi and the sun has a whole different degree of intensity here. But my main gripe with SE is that they also made the P910 and it's screen was legible in all lighting conditions, so why go back a step on a newer phone?

Whats everone using as a M600 case ?
I brought the SonyEric IC 20 belt clip case, but must admit it is not a good fit.
(You could probally get 2 M600's in the case !!)
Did see today and IPOD case which fitted the M600 quite well . (M600 is slightly smaller than an IPOD.) Might consider this as an alternative.
Any thoughts or suggestions ?
