@ jmash, want to. Been looking forward to it since I have seen the previews. I am in desperate need of good movies lately. Watched Matchstick Men a week or so ago again out of desperation. We got a whole bunch of 3quels(as time coined it) coming out this year...Spiderman 3, Pirates of the Caribbean 3 and Shrek 3, plus Oceans X (X is whatever comes next...forgot...lol!) So yeah, I am looking forward to that bunch.
long boring day...cheers...

Ya, the opening scene of Casino Royale was indeed brilliant. Wouldn't mind I could move like that parkour http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour 'artist'.
@ Francois,
I guess it'll be Oceans 13.
I enjoyed Oceans 11, but Oceans 12, with cameo appearances by even more Hollywood household names, was really weak and disappointing, IMO. Not a patch on the tension, story line etc. that the first one offered. Lame.

@ Wanqa,You're so right about Oceans 12,so dissappointing.I've never finished it and it's still lying there in my pc.Maybe 13 will be much interesting to watch. @Francois,don't change your mind about seeing The Departed.Go ahead and watch it.lt's a good movie and plenty of Samsung phones in it. Picture this line from the movie "You called this number from a dead man's phone, who are you?" Gotta love that scene! _________________ N-gage>Now P800,patiently waiting for W950i

@ jmash,
Yeah, let's hope Oceans 13 is better; it couldn't get much worse.
Really sad news to hear that the Dakar Rally claimed the life of a South African competitor today. RIP, Elmer Symons.

Thanks for the suggestions... I definitely won't be shining a 24 month contract...that's ridiculous when so many things can happen in two years. Not really looking at iBurst because of the price of the modem and compared to Hellkom it ain't much cheaper.

@da wanqsta: I just wet my pants when I saw those pics...I've never seen anything more beautiful...Steve Jobs is officially a GOD.
If you're a tech geek/gadget freak today is certainly an awesome day.
The interface looks awesome and it's probably going to cost heck of a load of money but who cares, coz peeps are still going to get this phone and there's no way the three networks won't offer it locally.....Damn, now I'm looking forward to my upgrade later this year.
The design is something out of sci-fi...just awesome...again, the UI is probably the best part of it and the fact that it runs OS-X...which can be either good or bad depending on where you stand in the OS devide...I used to love Mac OS back when I was at technikon messing about with DTP but right now it seems irrelevant.
The OS is probably the only beef I have with the iPhone...I know they'll release a 3G version much later this year...they just need to find a spot where they can slot in the second camera.

@ da brixsta,
Funny, I say that whenever I look into a mirror...
LOL, seriously though, it is indeed the stuff of geek wet dreams. Methinks I'll be needing one of these (below) tonight...

BTW, Apple's handset's a fair size, being 115mm (only 1mm more than a P990) by 61mm (3mm more than a P990), but at least it's very slim at only 11.6mm thick (14.4mm thinner than a P990!).

I'm sure the wireless monkey is gonna be 'champing at the bit' to get online ASAP tomorrow.
PS: brixster, your team were really on fire tonight, beating Liverpool 6-3 to propel them into The Carling Cup semis.

@da wanqsta: In all the excitement I went to bed really early last night and since I don't have DStv I totally ignored the football. Seems local football is more exciting...awesome game on tonight: Ajax CT vs Pie-rats:grin: |

I have been talked into upgrading my pc. I have had my current one for 4 or 5 years now (just built it up and added here and there. Something that is very dissapointing is that I can't use any of my current equipment in a new pc. Ram, graphics card and hard drive all have to be changed. I knew this a while ago... but the reality is hitting me.
And the prices are astounding,.... if you get the parts you are supposed to get instead of the cheap and nasty ones.
