@san, it WAS 600bucks. In Kerala it is 250 per month. And for me in Maharashtra, its just 150. So go for it!

and why the different rates for airtel in different cities?

did u know if u type www.airtel.com, u goto a vodaphone site????
and the airtel site is messed up, the only rates for gprs i cud find is rs600 for that mobile office thing in chennai.

@satan, tried checkin the gprs rate in karnataka, but its not listed in the site. i suppose airtel does not know they have gprs in karnataka!!!!
but i did find out that u can get 50% off u bill on ur birthday, but lots of conditions have to be met, for more details check out

u have to be karnataka postpaid subscriber, AON>30 (watever that means)

@ oog - I've got the bubbly Ringtone but its crap. Monotonic . To download 4 free send 'PYAAS' to 8243 and ignore ' this works only for nokia and samsung handsets' thing.

But ayush hutch's coverage is hopeless and you only get wap gprs for 99bucks a months.

wats wap gprs ??? i thought gprs is gprs, there r different types? wat do i need to check my yahoo mail, esato, maybe even use yamigo???
i dont know if u guys have noticed but i was just lookin at all the websites for airtel, bsnl, hutch. those r the worst ever, nobody can get some detailed info about all these questions frm the site. all they have is the rates for their prepaid plans. these r the rating is give the sites 1-10 with 10 being the best.
airtel -7 they have some info but not everything
bsnl - 5 i dont kno wat they r talkin bout nor do they
hutch - 3 very very minimal info, looks like they have a lot to hide. |
