damn, thecoolsha, that is not good news, I was hoping with the new media player and all there would be a chance. But I wont give up hope just yet. |

they dont need to take ANYTHING OUT of the phone, but they do need to put some more stuff in, a HIGH mAH battery, 32gb memory card support (8gb m2s coming out in a few wks, they just got announced, so i at least want 16gbs for the phone) WiFi (seamless crossover VoIP). leave the rest in tact feature wise just tweak it all to kingdom come, they have had a lot of extra time to develop this phone it would be ... how you say unfortunate to approach a less than spectacular phone. ive seen horrible pictures and not so horrible pictures, i just want them to put everything theyve got into the w960, and k850 dumbing down the media player seems counterintuitive esp with the memory cards coming out. hopefully the cap ISNT 4gb and if it is firmware will unhinge that. |

I have noticed some early previews saying it has vga video recording. Any truth to this being possible in the final model? |

I read some chatter on MR about this check it out. There was a youtube link of a review where the guy said it had VGA 30fps. It could have been a slip of a tongue but I read a few other posts there from other people that said it will have VGA. |

On the contrary, i like Megabass. On my opinion this beats/seperates SE from iPOD and all other music-oriented phones. And this is the reason why I still keep my K750i........but i hope it wont be long to change this to K850i. Love the green color. |

some off topic.
you almost get the same bass sound (on k810/k800) like you have on  , IF you put the equlizer "right".....i have better sound now on my k810i then i had on my k750i.
(to get the "mega bass" sound, I put the equlizer like this;
1st bar: Full
2nd bar: 5 points
3rd bar: 2 points
4th bar: 7 points
5ht bar: Full
(tested some seconds ago, still realy good sound. he he).......k810/k800 RoCkS ! (with a pair of HPM-70 of course...he he

yes i know. (have use this bass settings long time (works for both k800/k810). do this test: listen to a song with good bass. go to the equlizer, change to (auto) bass profile, flip then over to your "valley shape" profile, hear the different !
like i said, k810/k800 sound RoCkS ! (with a pair of HPM-70........he he)

They only mention the K800 in their reply, but my enquiry also mentioned the K850 so I'm assuming they mean both.
