@ambyzown what of visafone,their data service here is wack.but heard the speed in warri is off the hook.is it dat good there?heard reltel just launched there,how is their service there?
@all how una dey?guess everybody had a nice weekend.mine was ok. daarsat plans 2 hit us wit 40 channels @ 5k.dats not bad.but does anybody have idea on the 40 channels?know there is mtv base,soundcity,ait,nta.dats all i know.

@Dawny: I don't know much about visafone and the latest entrant Reltel as regards their data services, but I hear visafone is okay, but their tariffs are the highest |

Don't know anything about Daarsat.
If Visafone claims to have hit the 1million subscriber mark, they could be right. But how many of these are active subscribers? |

@abubakar: Actually, Etisalat is offering FREE SIMs and N200 free airtime for life - if you subscribe now before launch. You also get to have a number of your choice. If interested, dash over to www.etisalat.com.ng and select 0809uchoose in the menu. I've already reserved a number parallel to my existing MTN line.

@oluy: Ddnt know about the registration. Never looked at the adverts in the papers. i tried to register with via my phone but a javascript error msg keeps popping up, saying the 6 digit number ive inputed is out of range. |

Some other time etisalat, probably you when you guys commence 3G data services.

You must have picked one of those special numbers i.e. Golden, Silver, etc. Standard numbers cost N0.00. I have reservbed two so far - one for myself and the other for missus - and both cost nothing.
Just try another number. No vex.

You acn also reserve ur number by calling the phone number 0809-8246673 and following the voice prompt. Reserved mine yesterday.

I bought Mamba's P1i off him last month, and have been applying every possible mod for UIQ3. This phone is so cool if you dare to explore.

@Oluyom, did u use agilemessenger on ur P1? if yes, could u sign into yahoo messenger? IM+ has some login issues with yahoo so I'm forced to use wapmessenger.
