It's me again, I want to add a post about my K800i, it isn't saving my dialled/missed/answered calls in the register, why would it not be doing that and how can I change it?

Hi people, i was wondering if some cud tell me how to check on my k800i Erom and firmware and much more importantly how do i go about updating.my handset still says 'operation failed!'how do tell that my handset is uk version or anyother?
