Thats not good, anyone else experiencing this problem, I'd be looking for a replacement in a phone so new.
@bastud
looks like your plastic screen is coming off the phone, ripping at the gold surround. go get a new phone from your dealer!
My dealer was kind enough to give me a brand new phone when mine just died suddenly and would not turn on

Just reencode the song or redownload it. It might have a glitch in the encoding that the phone doesn't support well. |

Almost all songs have a problem... not one... and its not songs because they play nicely on my PC & W800.
I'll just wait for the new firmware.
I tried reflashing the software using SE Update but still didn't help. |

I had to post in this thread as I see repeated questions about protecting the screen.
Buy this:
http://www.zagg.com/invisible[....]ctors-covers-skins-shields.php
I had this on my w810i and now on my w890i. It's absolutely worth the $. If you do it properly its almost invisible (hence the invisible shield name). It's known for its durability and the site has videos of keys and such not being able to scratch the shield.
And now to a question. If I have the phone shut off, the light next to the SE logo will turn red for a few seconds when I insert the power cable. That's the only time it lights up. Is it like that for everyone?
Also, the light next to the camera button. What's it for?
EDIT:
Another thing: I think the phone having 2 speakers is kinda a con. If I'm talking to someone on the phone, it's very possible for everyone else nearby to hear what they say I think. Just call someone and take the phone of your ear, check how you're still able to hear the voice of the one you're calling.

@OZIP ... The outside speaker is not activated when i'm on a phone call. So people can't hear my conversation.

I know it's not activated, but because of the placement of both speakers is located basically on the same place, I think it's easier for the call to be heard on the w890i than on others. |

On conversation only the front speaker is activated. |

I really can't get your logic. |

Imagine a tunnel with a big speaker in the middle, which is directed towards the eastern end of the tunnel.
If one stands in front of the western end of the tunnel, one would hear the music louder than if the tunnel was shut in the western end.
You understand?
Try to turn around your phone the next time you talk to someone. It's no problem to hear them if you put your ear towards the speaker on the back. |

IMO I don't think you need to cover the whole phone in protective anything if you carry the phone in a pocket. A screen protector is sufficient. the rest of the phone is metal – well most of it is. |
