You should think yourself lucky, i once payed £130 for a profile racing bmx hub onto a 3.8cm alex dx32 rim...came to £200 gbp!!

lots and lots and lots of bananas! (i call it the poor man's energy bar) and couple of red bulls. but only when i'm into competition or something. otherwise, i indulge in all consumable vices.
and believe me, after you've done 2 hours of hard pedaling, you WILL get tired!
