Answer: the ant had a helmet.
Ok. Now the ant goes to the see elephant in the hospital. Even though ant has no injuries, he is admitted. Why?

@k4m!k4ze, about your diamond - lion question, I have another solution:
Ask a compound question like "If I asked you if the room on the right has diamonds, would you say 'yes'?"
The honest one would of course tell the truth while the liar will tell a lie to his first lie so he will end up telling the truth as a result.
Example: if the door on the right has diamonds so the liar would say "no" if he was asked if it had diamonds, but since we also asked him if he would say "yes" then he would lie about saying "no" and will answer "yes" instead.
edit:
@govigov, I think the Ant's antennae have been broken by the helmet and has to be treated too.

Answer: ant had to donate blood to the elephant. :-) ok, the ant and the baby elephant were playing hide and seek. Suddenly the mother elephant comes to fetch the lil elephant, but lil elephant wants to continue playing. Now, the ant whispers something to the baby elephant and the baby elephant goes and stands behind the ant. What did the ant say?

Really clever
@blackspot - Your answer boggles the mind but i think its correct too My solution - Ask any guy this question - "If i were to ask him(pointing to the other knave) to tell me which room the lion is in, where would he point me to" .
The honest knave would point to the room with the gold, since thats what the liar would have showed me in response to the question.
The liar should point to room with the lion since thats what the honest knave would have pointed me to, but since he never tells the truth, he would point me to the room with the gold
Ok a very easy one, Its a Grammatical question. Which sentence would you say is correct -
"The yolk of an egg is white"
OR
"The yolk of an egg are white"

I'd say "is" because yolk is singular.

liek @blackspot said, it has to be is, becuase yolk is singular... if it was eggs... it could be are... right?
but... that doesnt seem liek much of a riddle to me... so 'are' is probobly right for some weird reason lol. |

If it was "eggs" then it should also use "yolks" so "are" would be appropriate otherwise it would be grammatically incorrect IMO.

I think it is "is" because it is more grammatically correct. Psst..... Any ideas on what the ant whispered?

You shouldn't have said "It's a Grammatical question."
