Although I really want the p800, if it does come out in Nov, then my contract will almost be ready for renewing. Plus I'd prefer Sony-Ericsson to get it right first time.
we'll just watch how many people decide to go for the 7650 if it's true |

£330 online.... hmmmm
I'm hoping £150 max in the shop, so I can part ex my t68 and get a few more discounts making it a nice £60...
Wake me up, i prolly in cuckoo land.
I've seen the Nokia advertised at £150 Contract in a few places, now surly Sony Ericsson must be aiming for that price to make sure they get the best chance in the market. I know the p800 is more powerful but still a price of £100+ more isn't going to be the most tempting.
Come on, someone back me up, and say they recon the phone will be avaliable >£200 .. Please |

I know that the "3G P800" is a too big jump to be just a FW upgrade BUT i think that they will come with a 3G phone from the same platform as R800...

Seriously don't even bother stressing about the 3G stuff. The network operators keep putting back the launch of it, it's going to be a while.
P800 is going to be more than £200, sure you'll get trade in discounts and stuff, but the base price is going to be at least £200. imho!

I seriously don't know about getting it right away.. since the previous experience with my t68mc .. I have been in svc point upgrading it for numerious times.... I guess its better to hold back a bit b4 getting it... plus the though of a 'i' version or something that is an "enhanced" version out in a couple of months scares me.. because over here in Hong Kong upgrading my t68mc to a t68ie charges a fee... (plus the hassle of waiting in line of 100+ ppl is not the greatest thing on earth)
even if its out tomorrow.. I wanted to wait to iron out those quirks and such before getting it...

With the P800 keypad on, would you still be able to perform common celphone functions like sending SMS and Calling? |

Not me
The flip cover is stupid. Take their previous try, R380, as an example. 2-month lifetime for the touchscreen... Not to mention the scratches on the screen due to the keys of the flip... |
