I don't mind who uploads what as long as you follow the rules posted earlier.
I reserve the last judgement as to what stays on there - I have already deleted a couple of dubious images.
After some thought I have decided that things like Films, episodes of TV series and anything else with a potentially "damaging" copyright will only stay there for a short period.

if such a item did compromise copyright law, you would be warned 1st with a formal letter. before anything can be legally done against you, if you got that letter then you remove the offending item(s), you would be fine. |

I guess this thread is dead, i will be off making videos, for other people, and phones, sorry guys, well actually......
All of my videos have been removed, i know some of you still have the vids obviously, and if i find them anywhere else, (leeched), I will take action

Sorry but as of Monday 1/11/04 this site will be closing down. On that date my ADSL contract has upload/download limits imposed on it. I cannot afford to change to another plan, and users of this service would consume my limits in about 4 days. Therefore I am afraid that I cannot continue to offer this service.
